A full invoice form is the right tool when you are raising a considered B2B bill. It is the wrong tool with four people waiting. POS mode cuts the screen down to the three things a counter actually does — put items on the bill, take the money, print the receipt — and keeps all three on one screen, with each item’s price, GST and HSN already filled in so there is nothing to type.

Scan or pick the items
Scan the barcode with a scanner or your phone camera, or start typing the item name. Each item drops onto the bill with its price, GST and HSN already filled in.
Take the payment
Cash, UPI or card — mark how the customer paid. A UPI QR can go on the bill so they scan and pay on the spot.
Print and move to the next customer
Hit print and the receipt comes straight off your thermal printer. Stock and your books update on their own — nothing to enter again later.

Thermal printing that just works

On a computer
Install the KhataBuddy Printer Agent once and choose your printer. A browser cannot reach a USB printer on its own — the agent bridges that, and then printing is one click.
On your phone
Pair the printer once in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, then tap Thermal on any bill. It prints straight from the app — no helper software, no cable.
