Shipping & Delivery Policy

KhataBuddy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not ship any physical goods. All purchases are for access to our cloud-based billing and accounting software, available through any modern web browser and our official Android mobile application.

How Service Delivery Works

Once your payment is successfully processed, your KhataBuddy subscription is activated electronically. There is no physical shipment, courier, or postal delivery involved at any stage.

• Your account is upgraded to the purchased plan automatically — typically within a few minutes of successful payment.
• In rare cases (such as bank verification or payment gateway delays), activation may take up to 24 hours.
• A confirmation email along with a GST invoice for your purchase is sent to the email address registered on your KhataBuddy account.

Accessing Your Subscription

You can use KhataBuddy on any of the following:

• Web app — log in at app.khatabuddy.com from any browser
• Android mobile app — available on Google Play Store

Simply log in with the same registered email/phone to access your active subscription. No software needs to be downloaded, installed, or configured beyond the standard sign-in.

Subscription Renewals

For renewals, your existing account validity is extended for the renewed period within a few minutes of successful payment. A renewal confirmation along with a GST invoice will be sent to your registered email.

Service Availability

KhataBuddy is a cloud-based service and requires an active internet connection to use. We strive to maintain high service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur from time to time. Maintenance windows are typically communicated in advance via email or in-app notification.

Custom Addons

Custom addons (such as Razorpay/Cashfree integration, WhatsApp API integration, API integration, etc.) may require additional setup time. Our team will reach out to you separately after purchase to coordinate the configuration.
